An Accuwright machinery mover carrying a massive cast machine component through a working plant

Careers at Accuwright

Real work. Real iron.

Millwrights, riggers, welders, pipefitters, electricians, heavy-equipment operators and drivers — the trades that move industry, working from two shops and traveling coast to coast. If the machine matters, somebody like you is on it.

What working here actually means.

  1. You go home the way you came in. EMR 0.72 on the NCCI interstate rating. Zero OSHA recordables in 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025 — TRIR 0.00, DART 0.00. Those numbers are the crew’s, and protecting them is part of the job.
  2. You’re crew, not a temp. Millwrights, riggers, welders, pipefitters and electricians are on Accuwright’s own payroll, and our crews self-perform the work. The company’s name is on your shirt because the work is yours.
  3. The work does not repeat. Presses, production lines, robots, process systems — moved, set, leveled, piped, wired and started. A plant relocation one month, a machine install the next.
  4. The map is big. Home shops in Greenville, Georgia and Fort Worth, Texas; projects across the Southern Industrial Corridor and coast to coast. Travel work is real here — say so up front if that is or isn’t for you.

The trades we build with.

Crews are built from people who came up on plant floors. If your trade is on this list — or near it — we want the application.

Accuwright is a drug-free workplace — that is a fact of the job, and testing is part of it. It is also part of why the safety record above is real.

Twenty-five years, and the startups all made.

Accuwright has never missed a startup in 25 years. That record belongs to the crews — the planning is real, the equipment is purpose-built, and the schedule is kept by people who take it personally. You would be joining the team that holds that line.

The founders were raised in this industry and built the company the same way: trade by trade, person by person. It is still how hiring works here.

Working at Accuwright, explained.

Where would I be based?

Two shops: 55 Gay Road, Greenville, Georgia, and 5009 Mosson Road, Fort Worth, Texas. Project work runs across the Southern Industrial Corridor, South Carolina to Texas, and coast to coast — tell us in the application how travel fits your situation.

Is the safety record real?

It is documented by independent bodies, not self-declared: EMR 0.72 on the NCCI interstate experience rating, and OSHA 300 logs clean in 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025 — zero recordables, TRIR 0.00, DART 0.00. Accuwright is also a drug-free workplace, with testing.

How do I apply?

The application on this page goes straight to the shop — trade, experience and contact information are enough to start. If forms aren’t your thing, call 877-898-4377 and talk to a person.
