Talk to someone who has done the work.
Whatever the trade — installing a machine, piping a line, wiring a panel, moving a plant or renting a lift — the fastest route to a number is telling us roughly what you are working on. A drawing or a sketch. An equipment list. A photo from the floor. Anything that shows what the thing is and where it has to go — partial is still useful, and you can drag it straight into the form.
Rather talk it through? 877-898-4377 — you will get someone who has been on a plant floor, not a call centre. Or email info@accuwrightmechanical.com.
Nobody likes sending a form into a void.
Here is exactly what happens after you hit send.
- A person, the same day. Someone contacts you the same day, whatever the size of the job, and starts the quote. Small jobs are usually priced the same day. Bigger scopes take longer, and we will tell you which one you are looking at rather than sit on it.
- Scope call. A short call to confirm weights, access and dates. Fifteen minutes, with someone who has done the work.
- Real pricing. A number you can put in a budget, broken out by scope, not a range designed to be renegotiated later.
- Crew and date. Named crew, confirmed date, and the equipment list we will bring.
The Southern Industrial Corridor. Competitive coast to coast.
Our home ground is the Southern Industrial Corridor — South Carolina to Texas, run out of two shops with our own crews and our own iron. Beyond it we work coast to coast and from Mexico to Canada, and we price it to win. A long haul is a line item, not a disqualifier.

Questions we get before the first call.
How fast can I get a price?
Someone will contact you the same day, whatever the size, and start the quote. Small jobs are usually priced the same day. A large plant move or a multi-trade package takes days to a few weeks to price properly, and we will tell you which one you are looking at up front. Send make, model, weight and destination and that is enough to start. A partial list is still enough to get a number moving.
What is your EMR?
0.72, per our NCCI interstate experience rating effective 03/02/2026, with zero actual incurred losses. Our OSHA 300 logs show zero recordables in 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025, so TRIR and DART are both 0.00. Full documentation and certificates of insurance are available on request.
Do you only do machinery moving?
No. Moving is one of four things Accuwright does. We install and commission equipment, including millwright services, CNC machine installation and mechanical systems integration. We build — structural fabrication, industrial mechanical and process piping, industrial electrical. We move — machinery moving and rigging, plant and line relocation, crane service, transportation and crating. And we rent heavy-duty forklifts. Most jobs combine several of these, which is the reason every trade is in house.
Who actually does the work?
Millwrights, riggers, welders, pipefitters and electricians are on Accuwright’s own payroll, and our crews self-perform the core work. The crew that lands the machine is the crew that levels it, aligns it, pipes it and wires it — one contract, one point of accountability, no coordination gap between trades.
Where does Accuwright work?
Our primary service area is the Southern Industrial Corridor, South Carolina to Texas, run from two shops — Greenville, Georgia and Fort Worth, Texas. Beyond the corridor we perform projects coast to coast and from Mexico to Canada, and remain price-competitive nationwide. We also handle international dismantle, export crating and container loading. Ask regardless of where the plant is.
Can I get a budget number without talking to anyone?
Yes. The Rigging Cost Estimator gives a rough order-of-magnitude range in a few minutes and asks for no contact information at all.
