An installed ENGEL duo 1000 injection molding machine in a bright production facility

Injection molding machine installation

We build injection molding machines.

ENGEL, LS, Woojin, Milacron, Arburg, JSW — among others; some months, our crews build ten of them. Rigged in, assembled, leveled, piped, wired and started by one contractor, with the machine handling, millwright precision and utilities under a single contract.

New builds, retrofits, and the way out.

  1. New builds. From the trailer to first shot: unloading, rigging to position, assembly, precision leveling and alignment, anchoring, utilities tie-in and startup support — the complete machine build, sequenced with your OEM’s technicians.
  2. Retrofits & relocations. Machines moved across the plant or across the country, rebuilt configurations, auxiliary and automation integration — with storage between decommission and reinstall when the schedule needs it.
  3. Scrap & demolition. When a press comes out for good: dismantled, cut, cleared and the floor handed back — the same crews, working the job in reverse.

Why plants hand us the whole machine.

An injection molding machine is a heavy rigging job, a precision millwright job, a piping job and an electrical job stacked on one foundation. Most contractors do one of those. Millwrights, riggers, welders, pipefitters and electricians are on Accuwright’s own payroll, and our crews self-perform the work — so the machine does not wait between trades. Certified installer for equipment including ENGEL, LS, Woojin, Arburg and JSW — and we build Milacron and more besides. Purpose-built machinery movers with a single-lift pick-and-carry of 118,000 lb handle the heavy sections; the spec sheets for the whole fleet are public on the Machine PDFs page.

    IMM installation, explained.

Which injection molding machine brands does Accuwright install? We build ENGEL, LS, Woojin, Milacron, Arburg and JSW machines — among others; some months our crews build ten of them. Accuwright is also a certified installer for equipment including ENGEL, LS, Woojin, Arburg and JSW. If your brand is not named here, send it anyway — the list is who we see most, not who we serve.
What does an IMM installation include?Unloading and rigging to position, assembly of the machine sections, precision leveling and alignment, anchoring, process piping and utilities tie-in, electrical connection, and startup support coordinated with the OEM’s technicians — one contractor, one contract, through first shot.
Can you relocate an existing press?Yes — across the plant or across the country. Decommission, rigging out, transport, storage between floors if the schedule needs it, and the full rebuild at destination. The same crew carries the machine end to end.
Do you remove old machines?Yes. Scrap-out and demolition is the same job in reverse: the press is dismantled, cut where it is going to scrap, cleared, and the floor handed back ready for what comes next.
